Conducts safety inspections and audits to assess employee compliance with safety regulations. Including the contractor project safety plan. Inspects safety equipment; recommends replacements.

Concrete & Foundation Pros

Installing foundation, constructing buildings out of concrete, applying concrete finishes to a project, building retaining walls, and any other concrete project as needed.

HVAC & Furnace

HVAC contractors install, maintain, & repair climate control systems. HVAC encompasses all systems for heating and cooling, including vents, ductwork, furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, & refrigeration systems.

Landscape Architects

Landscape architects create useful and attractive outdoor environments. They use natural elements such as land, trees, and shrubs, to create attractive settings for buildings, highways, and parks.

Electricians

New wiring and circuits for buildings. Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues. Installing electrical systems, such as ceiling fans, lighting, GFCI s, and entertainment systems. Upgrading energy efficiency.

Plumbers

The site supervisor leads and manages the construction team on site. They delegate tasks and manage the team's workflow to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. They honor the orders of the Project Manager.
